Francine Dingeman serves as the Director of Individual Giving in the Resource Development Department at the United Way of the Greater Capital Region. In this position, Fran plays a pivotal role in advancing the United Way's mission by cultivating meaningful relationships with individual donors.
Prior to working for the United Way, Fran has experience as a marketing, public relations, and community engagement professional with more than two decades of leadership experience in the Saratoga Springs region.
As the owner of Network Saratoga LLC, and a 21-year career in radio management and media sales, Fran has built a reputation for connecting organizations with the community through innovative marketing strategies, relationship-building, and impactful public outreach. She brings a unique blend of media expertise, strategic communications, and long-term relationships within the Saratoga/Capital Region to the United Way Team.
