Faith Pangburn is a human services professional with over 10 years of experience supporting programs that promote access to education, employment, and community resources. Over the course of her career, she has helped design and deliver programs that expand access to education, employment, and essential resources for individuals and families across the Capital Region.
As a Workforce Development Specialist with United Way of the Greater Capital Region (UWGCR), Faith leads outreach and recruitment efforts for grant-funded training initiatives and collaborates with community partners to connect residents to career pathways in high-demand industries. She provides one-on-one support to participants, manages program data and reporting, and contributes to the strategic growth of workforce development programs that align with United Way’s mission to promote equity and opportunity for all.
Faith earned her bachelor’s degree in Business and Technology Management from SUNY Delhi. She is passionate about helping others reach their potential and takes pride in contributing to initiatives that strengthen the social and economic fabric of the Capital Region.
