Allison is part of the Office of the President & CEO, working as the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Operations. She is responsible for managing UWGCR’s strategic plan, leading cross department meetings, creating workflow systems, maintaining Board of Directors relations, and operationalizing President & CEO affairs.
Prior to joining UWGCR in 2023, Allison had a career as a Speech Language Pathologist. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Siena College, where she also played on the Women’s Soccer Team, and a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology from Southern Connecticut State University. Originally from outside of Philadelphia, she now resides in Latham with her husband.
