Welcome Scott VanEtten, Finance Assistant
Scott Van Etten joined United Way of the Greater Capital Region as a Finance Assistant. He previously interned at UWGCR for two years, working with the Operations and Finance Team, where he gained experience in accounting, financial research and reporting, and database management. In this role, his primary responsibilities will include managing donor and accounts receivable information and working to optimize the internal donor structure.

Scott received his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Boston College, focusing on political and Economic Development Studies and French. He joined United Way to combine his passions in finance and community engagement and has found fulfillment through the visible, positive impact made by the organization across the Greater Capital Region. He looks forward to continuing to work with a team of talented, result-driven individuals who strive to serve and improve our community.
