Welcome Peyton Yourch, Assistant to the President & CEO

Peyton Yourch joined United Way of the Greater Capital Region (UWGCR) as the Assistant to the President & CEO. Prior to joining United Way, Peyton was a legal assistant and paralegal at GMHC in New York City. Her department worked on end-of-life planning, securing housing, legal name changes, and preventing debt collection for people living with HIV/AIDS. Peyton’s work specifically focused on updating processes and centralizing systems to ensure higher quantity and quality of care for her clients. Peyton is very passionate about building infrastructure to serve her community and is very excited to learn more about nonprofit management.

Peyton recently graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Justice Studies and Political Science.
