United Way of the Greater Capital Region's Annual Meeting


The bylaws of United Way of the Greater Capital Region (UWGCR) allow any member of our organization to participate in the Annual Meeting. 

A member is defined as any individual who contributed at least $1.00 between July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022. In order to conduct business at the Annual Meeting, we must have at least 100 votes of our membership.

Your ballot includes the election of our slate of officers, the election of board members, and the acceptance of the fiscal year 2021-22 Treasurer's Report.
