Join United Way Young Leaders and learn what it means to LIVE UNITED

Young Leaders (YL) is a program of United Way of the Greater Capital Region (UWGCR) that educates, inspires and motivates professionals, 40 and younger, to become the next generation of leaders, volunteers and philanthropists. YL's fosters the concept to GIVE, ADVOCATE, and VOLUNTEER in support of UWGCR investment areas.

Young Leaders (YL) encourage and support young professionals to play an integral role in being educated about the community, identifying opportunities, and leading solutions in support of work done by UWGCR. Together, we influence change and make positive impacts in the community. Together we learn, grow and solve. Together, we LIVE UNITED.
