SEFA Charity Recertification

The Recertification Form is used by SEFA participating charities to recertify annually.  It is a self-certification testifying that the participating charity continues to meet all Federal and State regulations and that all required filings were filed on time.  Recertification for the fall 2018 SEFA campaign should occur between April 1 and November 30, 2017.  The Recertification Form is available on the SEFA website (www.sefanys.org)
