During the 2009 Employee Campaign Manager (ECM) Orientation, a panel of experienced ECMs answered common questions that arise during a United Way campaign. Panelists (left to right) are: Kelley McCart, Director of Human Resource for Environment One Corporation; Sue O'Lena, Human Resources Project Manager for The Research Foundation of SUNY; Francis C. Pangie, Manager of Advanced Training Technologies and Hardware Engineering for KAPL; and Sharon A. Ryan, Executive Assistant, NYSUT Office of Secretary-Treasurer, Member Benefits NYSUT (New York State United Teachers union). Panel Moderator was Carolyn Jones, Publisher of The Business Review.

Employee Campaign Managers played United Way Jeopardy to test their knowledge of United Way of the Greater Capital Region and the 2009 Campaign. Hosting the game was Michael Corbo, Regional Vice President of Enterprise Rent-A-Car and 2009 Campaign Co-Chair.
